Scanner booking
The scanner time can be requested by online webform. Form is informed only for registered users.

You need to complete the MRI Core training before you start MRI experiments.
For inquiries about new projects and booking please contact Yuki Mori via email (yuki.mori@sund.ku.dk).
After safety courses with MR experts, you will be granted to access the facility and booking form.
Usage charges
This usage fee structure effective from 1st of January, 2024.

Users can request the scanner time from the online webform (Registered users only available).
Note : Users should plan on a 3-4% annual increase in scan fees every 1st of January.
Payment condition
Closings take place at the end of each month with payments made the following month. Core facility will charge to users' accounts.
Cancellation Policy
a) The policy of the MR Core Facility regarding scanning is that we charge for booking the scanner. You will be charged for scan time even if it is a no-show.
b) The scan time includes the time from coil preparation to cleaning the scanner and leave the magnet room after end of scan. In case of repetitive times of exceeding the booked scanning time, you need to consider shortening/interrupting you protocol session or extending the booked time. Minimal increment of slot time is 30 minutes.
c) The slot can be canceled with a minimum of 1 weeks notice in order to avoid charging.
d) There is a mailing list NMR-user-group@sund.ku.dk where slots can be posted to the community for sale. If someone picks up your slot and the Core Manager is notified, the new user will be responsible for paying for the time slot. If no one picks up the slot, you will be charged accordingly.
